From 13 September 2021 Annette will be teaching pregnancy yoga classes on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings.
These will be combined as slow flow yoga classes for those who are not pregnant but would also like a gentle, more restorative class.

- Mondays: 10-11.15am Mill End Community Centre, Church Lane Rickmansworth
- Thursdays: 7.30-8.45pm Mill End Community Centre, Church Lane Rickmansworth

Annette is a certified RYT200 and 85 hours Pregnancy Yoga Teacher with full insurance. All postures are adapted to be safe and suitable for pregnancy. The classes are designed to help body fitness and flexibility through suitable, modified asanas (poses), teach breath control, increase energy and reduce stress.
Prices are £12 for a 75 minute class with bundles available at £48 for 6 classes and £40 for 4 classes.
